CAUTIONARY NOTICE

TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN

Notice is hereby given that Mr. Sonu Auti, founder of Tadoba Retail, is the sole and exclusive owner and proprietor of the trademark "COTFLEX". Our client has been using the mark since 2022 and holds the following statutory registrations under the Trade Marks Act, 1999:

  • Wordmark: “COTFLEX” (Registration No. 5693768)
  • Device Mark (Logo): (Registration No. 6439743)

    • The said trademark is registered in various classes, including Textiles and Online Trading of Textile Goods. By virtue of extensive and continuous use, the COTFLEX brand has acquired significant goodwill and reputation as a premium provider of cotton products for home and hotel use.

    UNAUTHORIZED USE WARNING:

    It has come to our attention that certain entities, including Technosport Pvt Ltd, are unauthorizedly and illegally using the COTFLEX name and logo. Such use is a direct infringement of our client's intellectual property rights and is intended to mislead the public.

    PUBLIC ADVISORY:

    The general public, dealers, and retailers are hereby cautioned against dealing with any unauthorized products bearing the COTFLEX name or logo that are not sold by or under the authorization of Tadoba Retail.

    LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:

    Any person or entity found infringing upon the said trademarks or passing off their goods as those of our client will be liable for Civil and Criminal prosecution under the Trade Marks Act, 1999, which may include imprisonment for up to three years and heavy fines.
